Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your physical order of Lean Drops is processed and shipped to you quickly and securely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer standard shipping to all 50 US States. Deliveries are typically made within 5 to 7 business days via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). If you purchased our multi-bottle packages, expedited shipping is often included at no additional cost.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Outnesses Performance Nutrition LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your tracking info within 3 days, please contact us at [email protected].
